EXCHANGES:

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, you can simply ship it back to us and we will ship you the correct product (at no additional cost, plus or minus the product cost difference).

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. So if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a FULL refund (minus shipping costs). Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied back to your account.

Please Note:

• ALL return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Our signature 9H Ceramic Paint Coating cannot be returned or exchanged once the bottle has been opened.
