Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, same day until 12PM EST. All of our products (minus apparel/clothing items) is shipped directly from us in our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH. We offer multiple shipping methods that have delivery times from 2-10 days delivery. Our primarily shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is dependent on where you are located and the shipping method/rate you chose. Shipping rates range from $5 up to $20 depending on the shipping method/rate you chose.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit or isn't delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date we will refund you or resend your package at no cost to you.
